Know all men by these presents that I of Hancock County and State of Illinois in consideration of Four Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by of Hancock County and State of Illinois the receipt whereof I do acknowledge, have bargained sold, and , and by the these presents, do bargain, Sell and unto the said , and to his heirs, and assigns for even, all my right, and title, interest, Estate, claim and demand both at law and in equity, and as well in possession as in expectancy, of, in, and to all that certain farm or pieces of Land Situate lying in the County of and State of Ohio and described as follows— Being in Township No 9 in the 9th Range of Townships in the , and known as all of parts of Lots No 17 & 18 on Block 143 according to city plot as Surveyed by W. W.
